The goal of the role: Our Software Developer serves on a team of developers to build and maintain software applications to support EVO’s business needs. We are looking for a developer who specializes in responsive browser-based user interface development.

What will you be doing?

• Develop software applications in an Agile Scrum environment

• Write user interface code using frameworks such as Angular (2+) and Bootstrap

• Create API/Data-Access layer code using C#, .Net core, and other technologies/languages as needed

• Develop database structures and stored procedures for MS SQL Server

• Assist in ongoing maintenance and production support of existing application programs

• Produce technical documentation for product functionality

• Perform unit testing and debug programs

• Learn new technologies as required

You could be a great fit with these qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and/or previous related work experience

• Significant experience creating and maintaining dynamic, responsive browser-based user interfaces using Angular 2+, Bootstrap, and/or other similar frameworks

• Experience working with the .NET framework (preferably .NET Core) to create/maintain MVC applications

• Experience creating Stored Procedures using T-SQL

• Experience using code repositories and IDE tools such as MS Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server (TFS)

• Exposure to the Agile methodology

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills

• Effective communications and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to work independently, but with a team focus

• Knowledge of standard software development concepts, practices, and procedures

• Upon accepted offer, you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
