The goal of the role: Our Relationship Manager is responsible for identifying, developing and cultivating new business opportunities, while maintaining existing business relationships with EVO's Partners. While working as the liaison for Partners and internal departments.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop new and maintain existing strategic relationships with significant Partners to bring in additional business to EVO
  • Develop healthy and growing strategic business relationships with Partners through proactively initiating welcome calls or e-mails and providing continual ongoing support
  • Develop an in depth knowledge of how each Partner's business works to independently generate unique offerings, insuring profitability for the Company
  • Liaise with internal departments and external Partners to assist in achieving EVO's and partners' goals
  • Provide partner training and education on new products and services to motivate high quality referrals
  • Using Partner feedback, help establish department guidelines and standards
  • Update and maintain multiple systems for Partner management
  • Represent EVO at trade shows, networking events, and on-site partner trainings throughout the year to attract and maintain additional business
  • Develop and implement value-added programs and customized marketing solutions for EVO and Partners
  • Open and read emails on a daily basis
  • Keep abreast, through continuing education, of changes and new technologies in the related field of busines

You could be a great fit with these qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of sales or strategic accounts management experience
  • Knowledge of credit card or financial services industry preferred
  • Strong customer services focus and detail orientation
  • Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills
  • A critical focus on accuracy
  • Ability to establish priorities, work collaboratively, and meet objectives
  • Ability to work independently, but with a team focus
  • Ability and confidence to make sound decisions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze and research an issue; conveying of urgency when necessary, while managing the issue to closure
  • Ability to follow up with an issue/project until completion
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with limited supervision
  • Proficiency in Windows based computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and other applications and systems as necessary
